Shipping
Details:
Most
order will be shipped 24 to48 hours of receiving them.
All
orders place on Friday will be shipping the following Monday or the
next business day if a holiday is the next day.
All
Special order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product to
Laxland Sporting Goods or as requested by the purchaser (ex. Drop
shipped to your location)
All
orders placed over the phone must be accompanied with a credit card
purchase via the phone; upon approval of the transaction your items
will be shipped.
Customer
has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date
of receiving any merchandise.
Shipping
time is calculated by BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays,
Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.

Damaged/Lost/Delayed
Shipments:
Laxland
Sporting Goods is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or
lost by the shipping company, or “carrier” (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon
receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier’s
attention. Please contact Laxland Sporting Goods to alert them about
an issue with the shipping. If necessary Laxland Sporting Goods will
also contact the shipping company.
Laxland
Sporting Goods has no control over the timeliness of the shipments
and cannot be held responsible for any delays cause by the carrier.
Non
Defective Returns:
All
non defective equipment can be returned for full credit of the
merchandise within 30days of purchse. The following guidelines must
be met for consideration of return.
Must
contact the office within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept
returns after 30 days. No exceptions unless authorized before
purchase.
All
returns much be post marked within 5 business days from the issue
of notification with company.
Equipment
must not be altered, worm, spoiled or tampered with in attempts to
modify.
If
there is a tag present with the item, it MUST still be attached.
All
returned merchandise must be in original carton with all
manufacturers included accessories, manuals and instructions.
Missing accessories will result in a void on the return or refund.
Credits
will be posted to the appropriate account within 14 business days of
receipt of the returned equipment. Packages should be mailed to the
address below.

Defective
Equipment
Please
Note:
A

from date of delivery. All defective reshipments will be sent UPS
Ground. Customers can upgrade the defective reshipments at their
cost upon request.
A
customer (purchaser) is responsible for all returns shipping
regardless of reason of return. We recommend placing insurance on
return shipments. Laxland Sporting Goods is not responsible for any
lost or stolen return packages.
Properly
returned defective merchandise will be replaced without a charge as
long as the parts, accessories, and manuals are returned in proper
fashion. Any merchandise that arrives damaged requires special

PLEASE
NOTE THAT ALL EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES OR
CONTAINER WITH ANY TYPE OF INSTRUCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES IN ORDER TO
ACCEPT RETURNS. THE ITEMS MUCH ALSO BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDISTION
MEANING UNSUED AND PRICE TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
